Perform all wiring and hardware installation, configurations, upgrades and backup of software at end user locations. Troubleshoot a broad range of software and hardware failures and identification network problem which relate to PCs, CCTV
Provide support for the WAN/LAN/ TCP IP environment, structure cabling for networking, CCTV and Door Access, problem analysis and resolution.
Provide on-site support, maintenance and servicing of equipments and system where required

Process Monthly Claims – Ensure all claims are reimbursed accordingly and implement mileage rates for employees’ travelling for business purpose
Reports – Consisting of Attendance Reports, Unpaid Leave Records, HR Meeting Minutes and etc
Other HR & Administration ad-hoc duties as when required
Requirements
Applicants must possess minimum a Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration / Management
At least ONE (1) year working experience related to Human Resources and Administration
Provides administrative & telesales support such as processing orders, quotations follow-up, compatibility check & product search, delivery orders & invoices
Develop marketing collateral such as reference documents, profile updates, service write ups & presentation templates
Provides marketing data support such as update customer database, research on potential database & cold calling on potential customers
Provides sales coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team such as inform sales on the order received, issue PO with supplier, update costing and etc
Yearly celebrative events promotions using Photoshop & Illustrator softwares – post cards / emails / hampers & gifts
Other ad hoc duties such as assisting to Helpdesk to log case and check case status
Requirements

Requirements
Should have 2-3 years’ experience in desktop support
Minimum diploma in IT Science. Preferably with MCSE or CCNA certifications. Training and guidance will be provided for server maintenance and server software troubleshooting
Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
